With a restorative fitness program that has a focuses on core and pelvic floor healing, you will gain strength and confidence in your beautiful body. 


Whether you’ve had a vaginal birth or a C-Section, Strong Mom takes you through preparing your body for birth and the healing process--building the strongest body possible.


This 6-Week program can be done from the comforts of home helping you to regain your core and pelvic floor function as well as full body strength giving you both a vibrant and balanced approach as you welcome motherhood.


This is for you if...


  • You are 6-weeks or more postpartum


  • You want to gain strength buy full body strength and conditioning to meet all of your life's demands.


  • You are being treated by a pelvic floor physiotherapist for pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence or any other pelvic health concern.


  • You are experiencing back or hip pain/discomfort like symphysis pubic dysfunction or sciatica.


  • You want to return to your preferred method of fitness and feel confident to do so.


  • You want to maximize your postpartum recovery to reduce risks or manage of pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, and heal diastasis recti.

I highly recommend all members to get professionally assessed by a pelvic floor physiotherapist.

In addition to your 2 training sessions weekly, you will also gain access to bi-weekly group coaching sessions. These sessions will keep you stay accountable, motivated, and inspired to create a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

I’ve been where you are, as a busy, working mom of three and always on the go.

It’s s a struggle to find a balance between life’s demands as well taking care of your health at times. This can be stressful when trying to find the “perfect” fitness and nutrition plan.


The worst part: this behaviour is often thought of as healthy.


I suffered from postpartum depression and anxiety which made my obsessions with exercise and food before pregnancy much more intense after my son was born.


I was in a miserable place and believed the only way for me to be happy was to get my “pre-baby body” back. That never happened.


I had gotten to a point where I was barely surviving and knew I needed to change. I spoke with my doctor and began treatment for depression. I left the toxic behaviour behind. It took a year and a half and a lot of support to get to a place where I can truly love my body and appreciate its power.

Now, with a decade of experience in the fitness industry, trusted by pelvic floor physiotherapists as well as maternity doctors, as well as a regular speaker at the University of Western Ontario, I’m here to help you. What equipment do I need?

For Post-Baby Rehab, all you need is a medium strenghth resistance band, a pair of 5-10 pound dumbbells, and a yoga mat. For Finding Your Strength, all you need is 5-10 pound dumbbells or heavier (you'll definately need heavier as you progress!), medium to strong resistance bands, and a yoga mat.

When can I start a online group training?

Post-Baby Rehab will begin on a predetermined date which will be posted directly on the page. You can begin Strong Mom at anytime during the cycle.

Why do I have to complete Post-Baby Rehab, Online Coaching, or Private Coaching before I join Finding Your Strength?

This policy is put in place because Post-Baby Rehab is designed to restore your core and pelvic floor, teach proper breathing machanics, and build a strong foundation before advancing to high impact training. Going into high impact training may be more harmful than helpful in the long run.

How am I billed?

Once you purchase your package through PayPal, you will be charged every 4-weeks. You can cancel at anytime. Once you've canceled, you will no longet have access to the online class. If you purchase Post-Baby Rehab or single classes, you a charged at 1 payment at that rate.

What is your refund policy?

For monthly passes, you can cancel your membership at anytime through your PayPal account. For Post-Baby Rehab, you will be refunded unused sessions. Email me directly and I will refund your money within 24-48 business hours. In the event that I go on a vacation, I will refund unused sessions. Inthe event you go on vacation, email me directly and I will refund your unused sessions.

What if I miss a session?

You never have to worry about missing a workout again! All classes are recorded and you'll have you'll be emailed a replay of every single glass you pay for. You will recieve and email to register for the each class from there, you can either attend the live session or catch it at a later time at your convenience.
