Terrell Speaks

Just imagine, during your pregnancy, you are not just doing any workout but training for your birth.  You are being educated about your postpartum recovery and creating a plan to transition into motherhood with ease.

When you’re ready for your postpartum fitness return, you will rediscover how to connect with your body, optimizing your health and wellness goals.  You will see just how beautiful you are.

Maybe you’ve tried other fitness programs that just didn’t feel right and find that you’re feeling like you’re not seeing the results you’re hoping for.

Maybe you’re tired of feeling aches and pains that pregnancy and postpartum bring on and you’re ready for a plan that addresses these factors.  Believe me, you don’t have to live with it!

Maybe it’s that since having a baby, you leak a little when you exercise or can’t get rid of the mummy tummy no matter what fitness and nutrition plan you try.

It's more important than ever to trust an expert who knows what they're talking about when it comes to prenatal and postnatal fitness planning.  I have nearly a decade of experience and multiple certifications when it comes to training prenatal and postpartum women. I understand your unique needs and know how to address common core and pelvic floor related dysfunctions. You can trust that I provide credible and valuable information based on the latest scientific research.

Train for birth. Plan for postpartum recovery. Transition into motherhood with confidence.

I get it the challenges of pregnancy and motherhood.

Fitness professionals are not all created equally and we don't all scream in your face telling you that need to be "perfect in order to be healthy.

(In case you haven’t noticed, I’m a mom. You’ll see me skipping workouts and eating whatever is available from time to time. And last time I checked, I'm far from perfect.  Most importantly, I understand the challenges that all new moms face and provide a safe and empathetic place.

I don't believe in the "no excuses approach" because that creates guilt and shame with our bodies.

A coach that specializes in prenatal and postnatal fitness can provide you with evidence-based information regarding women's health, perinatal mental health, nutrition for breast and bottle feeding moms, hormonal changes and so much more.

As a woman's body changes during and after her pregnancy, so should her mindset. Let's put an end to all of that pressure, ditch the obsession with the scale and learn how to #loveyourbabybody

I educate and empower moms to own their bodies, love themselves and transition into motherhood with confidence on the inside out.

With low-moderate strategies, practical tools, and powerful but simple techniques, I can help with gaining strength, pain reduction, confidence building, and self-love.

Whether you're hosting a wellness seminar or training for fitness professionals, I offer full-day, half-day and multi-day educational sessions (as well as keynotes and webinars ) on:
